PIPING INSULATION

  • Comprehensive insulation stock ranges that are delivered and installed timely
  • Scope of work includes install, repair and maintenance of insulation works in existing as well as new plants.

COLD CUT

  • Onsite Cold Pipe Cutting & Bevelling; Flange Facing, Milling, Drilling & Boring.
  • Precision cutting and bevelling of all pipe sizes, schedules and materials.
  • Highest industry standards for quality and cost.

BOLT TENSIONING

  • Our main scope of service is Hydraulic Bolt Tensioning and Torquing inclusive of Joint integrity Management.
  • We have the complete range of equipment & written procedures to tighten joints to the desired tolerances in a controlled and safe manner

VALVE MAINTENANCE & SERVICES

  • Scope include valve maintenance related services including recoditioning, calibration, inspection ,troubleshooting, repair and testing.
  • We have in house expertise that is trained and support your valve, actuator and positioner for repair and testing in our fully equipped workshop

DIGITALIZE PRESSURE TEST

  • Scope of work includes pneumatic and hydrostatic testing for both pipeline and valves.
  • In-house digitalize pressure recorder and software that can auto generate reports.

MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING

  • Supply, Fabricate, Transport & Install of steel structure.
  • We provide highly skilled operators with suitable resources and technical aids to deliver fabrication of piping and structural steel.
